The AI agent foundry
You sell it.We build it.
Start a specialised AI agent business without hiring an engineering team. You bring the industry you know and the people you can already reach. We architect, integrate, test, deploy and operate the agents behind your brand.
Free, thirty minutes, no obligation. If your idea is not a fit, you will hear that on the call.
Who owns which layer
Three companies build
every deployment.
The bottom of the stack is a commodity and getting cheaper monthly, so we buy it. The top is your relationship, so you keep it. The middle is the part that takes engineers, and that is the part you are hiring us for.
Built and run by us
Four AI businesses we designed, engineered and operate ourselves. The same team, the same stack and the same test suites go behind your brand.
The division of labour
The hard part was never the voice.
It is everything behind it.
Anyone can stand up a talking bot in an afternoon, which is precisely why one is worth almost nothing. The work a client keeps paying for is knowing what the business actually needs the agent to do, wiring it into the systems that hold the answers, constraining what it is allowed to decide, and proving it still works next month.
A generic agent builder
- —A canvas and a prompt box, and you are the engineer
- —Answers questions from a knowledge base
- —Books an appointment, takes a message
- —Breaks quietly when the client renames a field
- —You explain the failure to your client yourself
What goes behind your brand
- +A workflow mapped from how that industry really operates
- +Reads and writes the client's actual system of record
- +Completes transactions, escalates the exceptions
- +A test suite for that industry, run before every change
- +We watch it and repair it, you keep the relationship
Industries
Bring the one you already sell into.
We are not a vertical company, and we are not looking to own a niche. We are the build team behind whichever industry you know. If the work runs on phone calls, forms, spreadsheets and a system of record, it can be engineered into an agent.

Not seeing yours?
That list is a sample, not a boundary. Most of the work we take on is in an industry nobody has bothered to learn properly, which is exactly why it is worth money. What matters is whether the job has rules, a system to read and write, and a real cost when a human does it badly. Tell us the industry on the call and you will get a straight answer about whether we can build it.
Anyone can shipa talking bot.Almost nobody canship a workflow.
That gap is the whole business. It is why a client renews in month three, why a platform at a few hundred a month cannot follow you into it, and why the person who knows an industry beats the person who knows a tool.
It is also the part you were never going to build yourself, and the part we have already built four times.
How the partnership runs
Four steps, and you never write a line of code.
- 01
We set you up to sell
Positioning for the industry you picked, a branded site, a live demo agent your prospects can actually ring, a deck, a proposal template, an ROI calculator, a discovery questionnaire and the outreach scripts. The whole selling apparatus, in your name.
- 02
You go and close the client
You already know these people, or you know how to reach them. That is the half we cannot do for you, and it is the half that decides whether any of this works. Your client pays you first, before we build a thing.
- 03
We build it and put it live
You hand over the systems, workflows, API documentation, policies and edge cases. We scope it, engineer it, integrate it, test it against that industry's scenarios and deploy it under your brand. Your client never meets us.
- 04
We keep it working
Monitoring, failure review, integration repair when their systems change underneath us, new training for edge cases it has not met, and the monthly reporting you put your logo on. You stay the supplier. We stay invisible.
The launch kit
What exists before you sell anything.
A partner starts with a launch kit: everything needed to go to market in one industry under your own brand. It is a real build, not a login.
- 01Your branded sitePositioned for the industry you chose, written to convert that buyer.
- 02A live demo agentWorking, on a real number, doing the job your prospects actually care about.
- 03Your offer and positioningWhat you sell, to whom, and why they buy it from you rather than a platform.
- 04Sales deck and proposal templateReady to send, in your name, with the technical detail already correct.
- 05ROI calculatorSo the conversation is about their arithmetic rather than your enthusiasm.
- 06Discovery questionnaireThe questions that tell us whether a deal is buildable before you promise it.
- 07Ad creative and outreach scriptsCold email, call scripts and ad copy for that industry.
- 08The implementation menuWhat each tier of build includes, so you can scope a client on the spot.
- 09Onboarding with our engineersHow to run discovery, what to collect, and what we need to start building.
There are no prices on this site on purpose. A kit is scoped to the industry you pick, so a number only means something once we know what that is. You get it in writing after the call, before you commit anything.
Questions
The ones worth asking first.
No, and that is the entire point of the arrangement. You need to understand an industry and be able to get in front of people who run businesses in it. We handle architecture, integration, testing, deployment and operations. If you can run a discovery call and hand us the answers, you can run this.
There is no price list, deliberately. A launch kit is scoped to the industry you choose, and each client build is quoted once we know which systems are involved and how much logic sits in the workflow. You get the numbers in writing after the call, before you commit anything. And the money moves in the order that protects you: your client pays you, then you pay us to build.
We will not answer that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We do not know your market, your pricing or your ability to close, and nobody selling you a business capability can honestly predict your income. What we will do on the call is walk through how the economics work and what we charge you, so you can run your own arithmetic on your own market.
No. We build the machinery and arm you to sell it, including the demo, the deck, the scripts and the ad creative. We do not hand you customers, we do not guarantee any, and we would rather lose the sale than pretend otherwise. If you have no route to a market, this is the wrong thing to buy.
Yours, everywhere a client can see. The site, the agent, the reporting and the portal carry your name. We do not contact your clients, we do not appear in their inbox, and we do not compete with you for the relationship. Our name appears only where you choose to put it.
The launch kit, including your site and a working demo agent, is the first milestone and we agree its date on the call. A client build depends almost entirely on their systems: a workflow using connectors we already have moves fast, and one needing a custom integration into an old system takes longer. The honest variable is never the AI. It is how quickly the client's team gives us access and answers questions about edge cases.
Obscure is usually better. The crowded corners are the ones every generic platform already targets, which is why they end up competing on price. A specific operational workflow in an industry nobody has bothered to learn is exactly where the work is defensible and the client is willing to pay properly for it.
You buy usage from us at a wholesale rate and charge your client whatever you decide. We do not tie a build to a single vendor, so the speech, orchestration and telephony providers underneath can change as that market moves without your client noticing or your pricing breaking.
They are real and they are tightening. Regulators treat AI-generated voices as artificial or prerecorded for the purposes of calling rules, which matters most for outbound campaigns. We build inbound first because it is the cleaner wedge, we support opt-outs, suppression lists, caller identity and disclosure, and the partner agreement is explicit about who is responsible for lawful consent on any outbound work. Take your own legal advice for your market. We will not pretend to be your lawyer.
Bring the industry.
We will bring the engineering.
A 30-minute call. You describe who you sell to and the work you want an agent to take over. We tell you whether we can build it, and what it would take.
