What this page covers

These terms cover this website and the booking form on it. They are not the agreement for any work we go on to do together. Partner work is governed by a separate written agreement, signed before anything is built, which sets out scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and how either side ends it.

No earnings claims, and no business opportunity

Nothing on this site is a representation, promise or estimate of income, profit or sales you would achieve. We do not tell you what you will earn, we do not guarantee customers, and we do not provide leads, territories or accounts. What we sell is engineering and build capability. Any commercial result depends on your own market, pricing and selling, and we make no claim about it.

The information here

We describe our capability as accurately as we can, and anything shown as an example is labelled as one. Descriptions of what an agent can do are general, and what is achievable for any specific client depends entirely on their systems, their data and their processes. We tell you that during scoping, before you commit anything to your own customer.

Your responsibilities when you sell

If you go on to sell AI agents to your own customers, you are the seller of record to them. Rules about AI-generated voices, consent for calling, recording, disclosure and data protection differ by jurisdiction and are actively changing. You are responsible for complying with them in your market and for what you tell your customers. We build the controls; we do not provide you with legal advice.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from obligations we take on in a signed agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
