You need one thing
we cannot give you.
A way to reach the people who would buy this. Everything else on your side of the line, we can supply. If you have that, the rest of this page is about whether the fit is right in both directions.
People with a way in
- An agency with a book of clients in one trade
- A consultant who already advises operators in an industry
- A CRM or software implementer with installed accounts
- A telecom or IT reseller with a business base
- Someone who spent years inside an industry and knows every painful workflow in it
- An operator who wants to sell what they already had built for themselves
People starting from zero
- No industry chosen, and no way to pick one except what looks lucrative
- No list, no network and no plan for finding one
- Expecting the kit itself to produce customers
- Looking for something passive
- Wanting to resell the cheapest possible thing at volume
- Unwilling to sit in a discovery call and ask an operator hard questions
That second column is not a judgement about anyone. It is a description of who this specific arrangement fails, and we would rather say it here than take money from someone it was never going to work for.
Things we will not tell you.
The market you are shopping in is full of people making promises that cannot be kept. Here is where we deliberately stop.
- We will not tell you what you will earn
- We do not know your market, your pricing or how well you sell, and any figure we invented would be a guess dressed as a forecast. We will explain what we charge and how the economics work, and you can do the arithmetic on your own market.
- We will not promise you customers
- We build the machinery and the selling material. Finding and closing the client is yours, permanently. If that sounds like the hard part, it is, and it is also why the people who already have distribution do well here.
- We will not tell you this is passive
- You are starting a services business with a technical supplier attached. It involves discovery calls, proposals, client management and expectations. What you are skipping is hiring engineers, not doing work.
- We will not take a build we cannot do properly
- Some workflows cannot be automated responsibly yet, and some client systems are too closed to integrate with. When we hit one, you get told before you have promised your client anything.
- We will not pretend to be your lawyer
- Rules on AI-generated voices, consent and disclosure differ by jurisdiction and are moving. We build the controls, the opt-outs, the suppression and the audit trail. You take your own advice on how you are allowed to sell and call in your market.
Four AI businesses we designed, engineered and operate ourselves. The same team, the same stack and the same test suites go behind your brand.
Bring the industry.
We will bring the engineering.
A 30-minute call. You describe who you sell to and the work you want an agent to take over. We tell you whether we can build it, and what it would take.
Free, thirty minutes, no obligation.
